Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne has also a passion for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He is a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the creator of numerous articles on the internet as well as a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne has three kids along with his wife Leslie.
